Pete becomes Randy's personal assistant in order to get tickets to a basketball game and ends up in a big mess along with Randy and his friends. Matt sells his beloved Jurassic Park toy collection and replaces them with some terrible counterfeits that look real. Pete brings forth the wrath of Matt's entire class when he allows them to play with the counterfeit toys resulting in the playground being destroyed. Kenny begins to teach Kick with his trademark sense of attitude that causes Kick to develop a new, bad habit of speaking his mind. When Tick gets caught up in the act after getting himself in trouble for it, he forces Kick to speak like him. Pete enters the role of Robin Hood and returns an old toy truck to its rightful owner after finding out that it is worth much more money than what was originally paid for it. Pete agrees to pay for the loss if he can earn enough money by taking down dangerous criminals. Pete's family comes over for dinner and his sister Patty takes part in an art project involving her goldfish Mr. Binky but ends up killing him after he ruins her painting. Pete tries to help her out by finding a new pet for her but ends up buying a water snake which he names Binky, thinking it's Mr. Binky's brother. Tick cheers up his depressed father by taking him on a trip to see the dinosaurs at the museum. Kick starts to work as an intern for Dr. Von Dinkle but is not sure how he can contribute to his experiments which are pointless and cumbersome, leaving Kick with many questions that are unanswered. When Dr. Von Dinkle asks Kick to clean up after he throws an oil slick into the living room, Kick decides enough is enough and quits his internship, only to find out why he really quit from Dr. Von Dinkle himself. Pete is afraid of becoming a chicken for Halloween so Tick and Kenny help him out by doing the scaring for him, only to have Pete's bravery go to his head. The Buttz family goes on a summer camping trip and Kick gets a chance to ride a real bull with Randy. His father tries to compensate with a mechanical bull that Kick cannot control. Sally, the 25-year-old sister of Randy's girlfriend Wilma, visits from New York and immediately forms a crush on Kick after she sees how cool he is.
